I. OBJECTIVES:

     1. Knowledge, skills and attitude

a. Knowledge: By the end of the lesson Ss will be able to widen their knowledge about music and arts.

                           Talk about Music and Art at school.     

b. Skills: Listening, reading and writing. 

c. Attitude: Love the subjects.

2. Competences:

 - Self-study ability

 - Communicative ability

      - Co-operative ability

      - Problem solving and creation ability.

II. PREPARATION: 

1. Teacher: Textbook, teacher’s notes, pictures, cassette tape.

2. Students: Textbooks, extra boards ,….

III. PROCEDURES: 

1. Class order: Greeting, checking attendance, asking for date (1m)

2. Checking up:   (3ms)

     Rewrite the sentences using “not as...as".

                             1. French is easier than German.

                            -> German  isn’t  as easy as French

                             2. Anita is friendlier than Alice.

                             -> Alice  isn’t as friendly as Anita

                             3. The hotel in London was better than the hotel in Paris.

                   -> The hotel in Paris   wasn’t  as good as  in London
